The villa is situated on an elevated position above Peyia village centre.  It is in a quiet and relaxing location with no immediate neighbours so cannot be overlooked. With the high gate which can be locked and a security system you can still feel secure and safe.  Even though it looks as if it is in the middle of nowhere it is only 4 minutes drive into the centre of Peyia, home to many local tavernas, large supermarket, butchers, pharmacy and pub.  Following down the main Peyia road it is only 10 minutes drive to Coral Bay beach resort where all the action is.  You will also find the very well stocked and very large “Philippos” supermarket.

AREAS OF INTEREST

The main area of the night life of Coral Bay is the Coral Bay strip its extraordinary variety of restaurants, taverns, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Greek, Cypriot and many more. Shops, souvenir shops, ice cream shop, bank, ATM machines. There is a regular bus to Paphos town and harbour.

Peyia or Pegeia has lots of taverns, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, chemists, bakeries. Everything you will need for your holiday.

Paphos is located on the West Coast of Cyprus and is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Mediterranean because of the excellent climate, diverse landscape, beaches and clean clear swimming.

Paphos is a suitable holiday resort for all ages and interests as it boasts many attractions such as the ancient mosaics, burial chambers, medieval fort and picturesque harbour offering an array of fish tavernas , restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Kato Paphos – the tourist area offers a fairly newly restored promenade featuring many gift and tourist shops as well as many restaurants to cater for all tastes. For the young at heart Paphos offers the Water Park, Bird Park/Zoo, pirate ships and boat excursions, Cinema, Bowling Alley and much more.

From Peyia you will find that it only takes about 25 minutes to travel into Kato Paphos (the tourist area) or turning right at the bottom of the Peyia main road leads you to St. George’s and Lara Turtle beach.  On the other hand you could travel up over the mountains to Polis and Latsi on the northern coast which will also only take you about 30 minutes.
